Findex’s Virtual Accounting & Tax Team plays a pivotal role in our strategy for continued growth and delivering exceptional client service. As a stand-alone team, we empower our core accounting teams by providing additional resourcing capabilities and consistently delivering outstanding results.

As we expand our expertise and services, we are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Accounting Technical & Review Manager to join our innovative Virtual team.

What will your typical week look like?
Reporting to the Accounting & Tax Virtual Group Lead, you will:

  • Conduct technical reviews of compliance work across a variety of industries, ensuring precision and excellence.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reviews, meeting productivity targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across Australia and various Findex teams.
  • Mentor, coach, and elevate your team, fostering a culture of growth and success.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in Accounting & Tax Compliance.
  • A CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • A proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Advanced expertise in reviewing financial statements and tax returns with technical precision.
  • Confidence and credibility when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset and the drive to innovate.
