Key responsibilities:

  • Drive business strategy to achieve sales targets and expand current / new market opportunities / key Customers

  • Establish new and maintains customer relationships

  • Support marketing & business development activities aligned to the growth strategy for the segment and the region

  • Understand the market dynamics, gather insights and use this to achieve the market growth plans

  • Achieve EUR 1-2 M or more of Sales revenue annually in line with targeted growth margins

Key tasks:

  • Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdues

  • Manages a few key accounts directly

  • Develop distributor to achieve their target

  • Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales

  • Able to collaborate and work with other

  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments

  • Able to use CRM

  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

  • Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allotted region of work

  • Structured and customer centric approach

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

Education : Graduate in engineering background is preferred.

Experience : 2-5 years working experience in a Commercial role

Relevant B2B Sales Experience is preferred Fluency in English is plus

Customer Focus

Knowledge of the Energy segment, e.g. Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Chemical, etc.
