Duties & Responsibilities

  1. New Business Development and Lead Generation
    • Identify potential customers who can benefit from our IT Service offerings via online research, cold calling, referrals, knocking on doors, networking events etc.
    • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline of new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and create targeted campaigns.
       
  2. Solution Customization:
    • Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet their specific requirements.
    • Work closely with technical teams to customize solutions and address client pain points.
       
  3. Technical Knowledge, Presentations and Demos:
    • Leverage your technical knowledge to understand and discuss our products and services with potential clients.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions of the company’s products and services.
       
  4. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
    • Close deals by overcoming objections and demonstrating the value of the solution.
       
  5. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build new relationships.
       
  6. Sales Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Primary Skills

  • Must have sales as a passion
  • Must have an own transport
  • Good at relationship management
  • Good track record of previous sales achievements
  • Experience in the Information Technology field.
  • Must have good Microsoft skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

 

Soft Skills

  • Must be punctual.
  • Must dress professionally.
  • Must have a pleasant personality.
  • Be of sober habits
  • Be able to take and follow instructions over the phone and email.
  • Existing customer base would be beneficial.
  • Must have a good communication & presentation skills

Package & Remuneration

  • R6000 p/m CTC + Commission.
  • Commission Structures will be discussed during the interview.
