• Find subcontractors and establish new relationships across the United States
• Recruit new vendors and establish timeline requirements
• Negotiate pricing, explain work requirements, and assign work orders
• Afternoon/evening shift position with heavy outbound calling (typically 3p-12a SAST)
Package Overview
• Monthly salary of R 17,000 CTC

Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• 4+ years outbound sales, customer service, recruiting, or collections
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma advantageous; matric required
• MS Office
• High Speed Internet: 25+ mbps that can be wired to computer itself
• Newer Computer (2-3 years old) w/ Good Specs: Windows 10+, Newer Processor, 8GB RAM
• Accessories: Noise-canceling headset, webcam, external mouse
• Workspace: Private room that is professional, functional, & distraction-free
