Position Overview: 
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Coordinator to join our team. The Insurance Claims Coordinator will be responsible for managing supplements emails, following up with clients regarding supplements and estimates, and coordinating closely with our team and clients to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of insurance claims-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor supplements emails and prioritize communication with clients regarding supplemental estimates.
  • Follow up with clients via calls and emails to ensure they receive supplements and understand the related processes.
  • Coordinate with our internal team, to facilitate efficient handling of insurance claims and supplements.
  • Make daily calls to the same company for ongoing communication and updates on insurance claims.
  • Assist clients with supplemental estimates and coordinate with relevant personnel as needed.
  • Utilize communication tools such as Kixie for making calls and managing client interactions.
  • Utilize AccuLynx CRM for roofing companies to track and manage client information, communications, and project details.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to insurance claims and supplements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as Kixie for dialing and AccuLynx CRM for roofing companies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims processes and procedures is a plus.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
