Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ad builds, demonstrating proficiency in creating and managing digital ad campaigns on Google. The candidate should be fluent in key performance indicators (KPIs) for Google ads, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Lost IS Budget, and Search Impression Share, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads Manager.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and objectives.
  • Regularly analyze and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize expertise in various Google platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, Google Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager, to enhance campaign performance and tracking.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of KPIs associated with Google advertising, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Lost IS Budget, and Search Impression Share.
  • Conduct thorough performance analysis and leverage insights for continuous improvement of campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
  • Implement best practices to ensure campaigns are in line with the latest industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building and managing digital ad campaigns on Google.
  • Proven track record of successful Google Ad builds and campaign management.
  • In-depth knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Google ads.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, Google Looker Studio, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
