Summary:

The Financial Analyst position is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization. This includes analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and making recommendations to management on financial performance and strategies. The Financial Analyst will work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and create financial models to support decision-making
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Identify trends and issues in financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasting
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • C1/C2
  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial analysis role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in financial analysis software and tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting is a plus
  • CFA, CPA or other relevant certifications is a plus.
