About the job

Twilio is seeking a highly analytical and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Field Marketing Specialist will support the Field Marketing Managers with processes, reports, and event-related operational activities.

The Twilio team is strengthening its capabilities to accelerate pipeline velocity. In this role, you will drive our continued growth by executing essential support activities. Your work will be critical in ensuring timely contract execution, successful event outcomes, and efficient lead distribution and reporting.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and manage an annual calendar and system for core information (e.g., event brief, dates, location, goals, speakers) for all events
  • Create content, landing pages, follow up nurtures and sales enablement for all campaigns
  • Work closely with growth, campaigns and demand gen to ensure stakeholder buy-in as well as visibility and timely follow ups
  • Analyze & interpret event metrics on a regular basis to report on performance 
  • Support and execute strategic events (both in-person and virtual) as needed

Required:

  • 2-3+ years experience in marketing, operations, administration, project management or event management
  • Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport, set expectations and drive to success
  • Strong in developing processes and making things programmatic/thinking at scale
  • Experience collaborating geographically diverse teams to achieve successful results
  • Experience in spotting blockers and dependency problems in advance of impact and moving solutions for these blockers forward
  • You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in core funnel analytics, and experience drawing insights from large datasets.
  • A self-starter mentality with exceptional project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently and multitask
  • You are willing to help as needed, willing to roll up their sleeves, and regularly work outside of their comfort zone supporting the Marketing team.

Desired:

  • Experience collaborating with third party vendors
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau (or similar)

Location

This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Washington.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $81,120 - $101,400.

  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
