Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will utilize Asana Project Management software to oversee the implementation of various projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an E-commerce Agency, digital marketing, or a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Asana Project Management software to oversee the implementation of projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Effectively coordinate with multiple internal departments, including the client strategy team, content creators, designers, media team members, and others to manage cross-functional workstreams.
- Tactically support program workflows by assisting with developing project timelines, determining resource requirements, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting reports, conducting internal reviews, and managing project trafficking.
- Learn and develop proficiency across the range of internal BOLD workflow systems to ensure seamless project execution.
- Regularly communicate project updates, potential challenges, concerns, and solutions to cross-functional team members to maintain transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
- Near native English proficiency is required, with the ability to lead team meetings and collaborate effectively with managers and other departments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within an e-commerce agency, digital marketing, or a similar field.
- High proficiency with Asana Project Management software is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
