BA Global Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Scheduler to support our logistics operations. In this role, you will help schedule the pick-up of loads and ensure accurate tracking
of shipments. You will work closely with internal teams, manage various reports and software, and serve as a point of contact for client-facing communications.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule pick-up loads and track shipment details using company-specific software.
- Gather and input information from dispatch tickets into various systems and reports.
- Monitor and manage the movement of ships, ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules, resolve issues, and provide updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across the logistics chain.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with scheduling or logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or ticketing systems is a plus.
Time zone: CST
Schedule: 6 AM to 5 PM, with 1-hour lunch break, and one weekend shift per month, followed by Monday and Tuesday off.
