Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and creative Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, social media, graphic design, and web content management. You will play a crucial role in driving our brand's visibility, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and manage email marketing campaigns using Pardot. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize for engagement and conversion.
  • Develop visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva. Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Utilize Whatfix to create and manage product tours, in-app guides, and other customer engagement tools to enhance user experience and drive product adoption.
  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms. Create engaging content, monitor performance, and respond to audience interactions.
  • Manage and update website content using WordPress. Ensure website is optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, ads, social media posts, and email templates.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to guide future marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Pardot, Whatfix, Canva, and WordPress.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
    Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
