Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager - Programmatic Advertising

Location: Hong Kong, China

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic management and optimization of programmatic advertising channels.

Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns to maximize user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on programmatic advertising to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Manage and optimize programmatic advertising channels to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.

  • Analyze and interpret data from programmatic advertising campaigns to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of programmatic campaigns, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement A/B tests to optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising and performance marketing.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and finance, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize the effectiveness of programmatic advertising initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic advertising.

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing 3+ programmatic advertising platforms.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and third-party data platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) and Supply-Side Platforms (SSP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.

  • Advanced degree in a related field.

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms.

  • Experience in managing large marketing budgets and optimizing for high ROI.
