About the job

This position is needed to drive digital campaigns in LATAM, focused on Spanish speaking countries.

This position is perfect for a strategic planner and stellar executor who has a very good understanding of the region, is experienced in driving digital marketing, integrated campaigns and localization in LATAM. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, is a meticulous planner and effective multi-tasker who is willing to roll up your sleeves, and regularly work outside of your comfort zone and one who lives the Twilio Magic.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Create, execute and support a multi-channel advertising strategy that drives towards achieving team goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives across brand, solution, and product lines
  • Plan, launch and optimize paid social and display campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and more to drive efficiency, engagement and scale.
  • Identify new activation opportunities including digital sponsorships, content syndication and more to expand reach and impact.
  • Plan and run webinars supporting your campaigns in collaboration with the regional team. 
  • Monitor competitive actions and emerging technologies to provide updates and recommendations to the team

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
  • You are well-versed in developing and managing measurable digital activation programs, search engine marketing (SEM), performance marketing and driving content-based integrated campaigns.
  • 2-3+ years successful B2B experience running multi-channel and multi-audience campaigns across LATAM. Including list segmentation, campaign design, execution and reporting. 
  • A self-starter with exceptional project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks when appropriate
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is goal-oriented, a hands-on problem solver and creative self-starter that thrives in a very fast paced environment to want to develop campaigns and programs that deliver impact and ROI.
  • The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful history of building, executing, and optimizing demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns with programs that reach and convert new prospects into qualified leads.
  • A thorough understanding digital marketing channels including social media, content syndication, influencers, email, web conversion tools, account based marketing (ABM), and how these work together.
  • Have a "test & learn" mindset with the mentality to continually assess KPIs to monitor business performance.

Desired:

  • First-hand, in-depth experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo) and digital ad platforms.
  • Experience managing creative and paid media agencies in a SaaS or high-tech environment.

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Colombia. 

Travel
