Summary:
We are seeking a talented Video Editor with experience in DaVinci Resolve to join our creative team. This role involves stitching together content from our extensive filming library to create on-brand videos for YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms. You will be responsible for delivering completed video packages by combining or splitting video clips, audio, and animations. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Splice and synchronize video/film segments into a single cut file
- Color grade footage from a RAW state into a palette that aligns with the company’s branding and style
- Identify and fix continuity issues within the footage library
- Adhere to an editing schedule and produce content in a timely manner that aligns with that schedule

Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- Extensive experience with DaVinci Resolve, including color correction and grading.
- Proficiency in other video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Strong editing skills demonstrated through a portfolio of past work
- Ability to logically sequence content in both English and Spanish
- Creativity and capability to enhance content beyond what is scripted
- Skill in controlling mood and tone by selecting appropriate stock sounds, footage, animations, and other content from available libraries for a given project
- Knowledge of modern trends, styles, and equipment for the video landscape
