Summary:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems and databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data, supporting our team in making informed decisions based on accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Verifying data accuracy and identifying and correcting errors promptly.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records both electronically and in hard copy.
- Assisting with data cleanup and data migration projects as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Generating reports and extracting data for analysis purposes.
- Adhering to data security and confidentiality policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
- English C1/C2.
- English resume is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with data confidentiality principles is desirable.
