Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems and databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data, supporting our team in making informed decisions based on accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Verifying data accuracy and identifying and correcting errors promptly.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Assisting with data cleanup and data migration projects as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and completeness.
  • Generating reports and extracting data for analysis purposes.
  • Adhering to data security and confidentiality policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
  • English C1/C2.
  • English resume is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with data confidentiality principles is desirable.
