We are currently looking for new team members as part of our initiative to enhance our operational and production support processes for Blackhawk Network and its systems. As a Data Analyst, you will be a member of a team designed to offload operational and basic engineering tasks from our product and engineering teams. Trends will be monitored for, to aid in both the prevention/detection of systemic issues and the prioritization of new features and tools. Reporting and analysis to be provided to leadership for visibility into the health of our platforms.
