Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Analyst & Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing automated data integration solutions, and creating interactive dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Design and implement automated data integration solutions to streamline processes and improve data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Google Analytics to visualize key performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives, and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines, workflows, and dashboards to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Provide training and support to users on data tools, platforms, and best practices to enhance data literacy and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in data analytics, integration, and visualization, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Integration Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, integration, and dashboard development.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics, and Go High Level.
- Experience with Quickbooks API, CSV data imports, and integration tools like Make.com/Zapier.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying and manipulating relational databases.
