Main Responsibilities: develop the Remote Personnel net brand globally onboarding clients and placing remote candidates with these Clients. As a Remote Recruiter specializing in client sourcing, you will play a vital role in identifying and connecting with potential clients seeking remote staffing solutions. This position involves researching market trends, generating leads, and building relationships with businesses that require remote talent across various sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of remote workforce dynamics and can effectively communicate the value of remote staffing to prospective clients. Responsibilities include lead generation, networking, maintaining a CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with available talent solutions. Success in this role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and exceptional communication skills to build a robust client pipeline.
Call or make contact with 20 clients/new clients per day
Load at least 5 new international or new client's to the system everyday.
Other Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates and feedback to keep candidates engaged and informed.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. Provide guidance and expertise on recruitment best practices.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate negotiations as needed. Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators. Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
