Our client’s software is widely used by Management companies in South Africa and more recently it has been used on an international scale, in line with the company’s international expansion strategy.

Our client is currently looking for a Client Operations Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Ensure project and change control processes are followed
  • Ensure documentation is created and maintained as part of client and support cycles
  • Maintain meeting recordings, artefact register and meeting outputs
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Meeting minutes
  • Following up internally and externally
  • Manage knowledge base
  • Monitor time tracking
  • Manage SharePoint
  • Creating tasks on Zoho projects and desk
  • Creating reports - project/desk/client specific/usage reports
  • Creating quotes, invoices and timesheets
  • Tracking project and desk tasks
  • Maintaining user lists
  • User installations
  • Troubleshooting user issues
  • Basic solution testing

Desired Experience & Qualification

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Excel knowledge and feels comfortable working in Excel
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Support/troubleshooting experience preferred

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Client oriented
  • Action oriented, showing initiative
  • Good attention to detail and strong admin skills
  • The ability to bring a team together to deliver a common goal.
  • Able to build strong networks and relationships, internally and with clients
  • Able to effectively multi-task and manage conflicting priorities, coupled with good attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, and managing client expectations
  • A passion to learn and extend knowledge outside of the work sphere
  • The ability to self-manage and self-motivate
  • Capable of identifying, embracing and initiating change in an agile and fast-faced environment
  • Execute assignments against deadlines

  • Information and technology services
  • Asset management and financial services (distinct advantage)
