Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • In close collaboration with the business group and channel agents, develop dealer management strategy ensure smooth and efficient business operation and growth, balance direct, indirect/ e-business
  • Assess performance of channel partners, select and develop appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth at regional
  • Build balanced relationships with key channel partners
  • set objectives and develop programs and marketing initiatives to build great outcome for everyone competence, achieve targets and improve performance
  • Analyze market and channel to enable strategic decision-making
  • Own the interfaces to relevant internal departments and assure adequate support
  • Collect the new business opportunities
