We are seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Partner to join our Accounting and Tax business who excels at meeting new clients and enjoys the initial discovery phase. This role emphasises collaboration and allows you to focus on what you do best: being in front of clients.
This role is a national position, allowing you the flexibility to work from any of our 90+ Australian offices as well as from home.
What will your typical week look like?
- Lead the key client discovery meetings – understanding the needs of the client, diagnosing their unmet needs and connecting them to Accounting and Tax teams
- Oversee the entire process from initial lead assessment to finalising deals, while maintaining and tracking your progress towards established goals
- Connect with experts within Findex Accounting and Tax teams to provide solutions to the clients needs, prepare proposals and sign client agreements.
- Develop a network of trusted Findex Accountants and Findex Wealth Advisers and Wealth Solutions Partners.
- Act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust.

- Passionate about meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success
- Experience working in Chartered Accounting business with an accounting qualification ideally
- A true collaborator with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Top-notch business development skills combined with a drive for growth
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to travel to Findex offices within the region
