About the Role:


Help deliver CPD programmes, membership services and growth of membership population in Sri Lanka. You will report to Associate Manager – Member Relations and CPD Programs


You Will:



  • Achieve KPIs set for new conversion targets and membership growth in the country through all pathways that have been identified.

  • Develop and deliver assigned CPD programs for members, students and non-members following CIMA business strategy including relevant learning options that contribute to professional development and skillsets.

  • Support the Lead specialist in liasing with speakers, event managers and participants including members and non-members by coordinating registration process, confirmation of attendance and guarantee continued relationship through high-quality service.

  • To help evaluate activities and measure ROI to feed into future planning.

  • To support member networking events across Sri Lanka.

  • Provide Exam Complete/Student TOC practical experience support programmed including 'face-to-face membership assessment' events, workshops and to manage annual Exam Complete time-off campaigns.

  • Support major AICPA&CIMA events organized for members such as President's Reception, Graduation Ceremony, networking events and any events that increase member engagement.

  • Build and monitor all activities about conversions of Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) members to Fellow Certified Management Accountant (FCMA) including liaison with CIMA UK accordingly.

  • Implement and monitor all activities about communicate with C-suite candidates to persuade them to apply for direct FCMA status.

  • Use social media to profile our members.


You Have:



  • Work experiences in managing events and training programmes

  • Digital Marketing skills

  • Experience working in a professional body is desirable
