1. Ensure weekly clearing of Cash and other Balance Sheet (BS) accounts and transactions.

2. Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities based on the close calendar issued by ADI US.

3. Perform preliminary analysis of BS & Profit or Loss (PL) before cost-plus execution and advise supervisor of any issues affecting the financials.

4. Prepare the preliminary Month 2 and Quarterly variance analyses of assigned entity.

5. Prepare monthly BS hedge adjustment and variance analysis of actuals vs forecast.

6. Conduct monthly reconciliation of BS accounts in compliance with the Standardization of Balance Sheet Reconciliation policy.

7. Assist the internal and external auditors during audits and make sure that required documents are provided based on agreed timelines.

8. Assist in projects involving process improvement and documentation.

9. Perform monthly monitoring and review of Intercompany Accounts, making sure that old accounts are explained and settled in accordance with the Intercompany Settlement Process.

10.Processing of bereavement, financial assistance, scraps and request for payment.

11. Back up for Penang

12. Perform other assigned tasks as deemed appropriate by the supervisor/manager.
