Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), with proficiency in using QuickBooks. This role involves managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall accounting process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Generate and send out invoices.
  • Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities.
  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.

Qualifications

  • Enghlish CV is required.Β 
  • English level C1/C2.Β 
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AR and AP. Experience with QuickBooks is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
