    Job Description

    The Web Content & Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by creating and optimizing website pages, managing digital content, and tracking campaign performance. This role ensures that web content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices. The coordinator also acts as a liaison between marketing and web development teams to ensure smooth execution of website updates and campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Web Content & Page Management

    • Build, update, and optimize web pages using WordPress.
    • Convert content from documents (e.g., Word files) into web-ready formats.
    • Ensure all web pages are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for user experience.
    • Marketing & Campaign Support
    • Assist in campaign tracking and reporting using basic analytics tools.
    • Generate support tickets for technical issues or development requests and follow up as needed.
    • Coordinate with web developers for larger web projects or technical fixes.

    SEO & Optimization

    • Apply basic SEO techniques to improve page rankings and visibility.

    Monitor website performance and recommend optimizations. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with marketing, content creators, and web developers to align efforts. Support the marketing team with content creation and digital initiatives.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience with WordPress page building and content management.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to convert written content into engaging web pages.
    • Familiarity with campaign tracking tools and digital marketing basics.
    • Good communication and coordination skills to liaise between teams.
    • Ability to generate and manage support tickets efficiently.
    • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
