Food brings people together, and there's room for everyone at Datassential's table. Role Summary Trends start at restaurants and Datassential wants to assist CPG firms in staying ahead of the trends. This role will own and launch a net-new capabilities designed to assist CPG firms in getting maximum value out of proprietary Datassential data. You’ll collaborate with Commercial, Data & Engineering teams to bring new capabilities to life and into the hands of clients.

    What you will do:

    Set product vision, roadmap, and own P&L from launch to scale phases Lead customer discovery across CPG functions including marketing, insights and other commercial teams Translate market needs into data-driven SaaS capabilities Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ship fast and iterate via clear KPIs/OKRs Stand up data partnerships and governance (as needed to support product vision) Drive GTM launch with Marketing/Sales/CS: positioning, pricing/packaging, enablement

    What you bring:

    10+ years product; 5+ years leading cross-functional teams; proven track record in launching new product lines Deep CPG/retail insights expertise (retailer data, e‑comm signals) Strong commercial acumen (pricing, sales motions, partnerships) Experience with analytics/ML products; rigor in data quality, privacy, and security Experience successfully owning a P&L Success in 12 Months Approved vision and 12 month roadmap MVP in 4–6 months; validated pricing 8–12 launch partners; 3+ live use cases with strong adoption/NPS Scalable foundations: pipelines, governance, SLAs, and product analytics Benefits Competitive salary with performance-linked bonus Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, including a no cost employee-only plan 401K with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 5% Unlimited PTO, recharge days, and Christmas through New Year break Remote Stipend Wellness Reimbursement or HQ Gym access Our Table Welcomes All.
