This leader aligns Customer Success and Customer Sales into one cohesive, revenue-driven motion focused on growth within the existing customer base. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Growth Own and deliver the Net Revenue Retention target across all customer segments. Drive systematic cross-sell and expansion motions across accounts and global regions. Oversee renewal strategy, negotiation frameworks, pricing alignment, and churn prevention programs. Customer Success Drive a proactive retention motion through structured health scoring, risk prediction, and churn prevention playbooks. Establish clear lifecycle stages, success plans, and ongoing executive alignment with key customer stakeholders. Foster a culture of customer advocacy and enable happy customers to support references, events, and community engagement. Lead strategic escalation management and executive customer relationships for top accounts. Leadership Lead and coach both the Customer Success and Customer Sales (Account Management) leadership teams. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales for alignment and forecasting. Build data-driven forecasting models for retention and expansion. Champion customer advocacy within the organisation, ensuring customer priorities and needs are reflected in strategic decision-making processes.
6+ years leadership in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales Revenue.
