This role is crucial in transforming raw footage and scripts into engaging, high-quality, and educational video content, primarily focusing on advanced motion graphics and seamless visual flow. Key Responsibilities Edit and Assemble Content: Transform raw footage, voiceovers, screen recordings, and graphic elements into polished, cohesive, and engaging educational videos (typically 5-15 minutes long). Motion Graphics Expertise: Design, animate, and integrate advanced motion graphics, animated text, icons, and visual explanations to clearly illustrate complex AI concepts, tool features, and benefits. Visual Storytelling: Ensure the visual presentation supports the script and voiceover, maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy, and informative viewing experience that aligns with current YouTube trends. Sound and Music Integration: Select and edit appropriate background music, sound effects, and audio treatments to enhance the video's mood and flow. Color Correction and Grading: Perform basic color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency and a professional look across all videos. Template Creation: Develop and maintain efficient editing templates and motion graphics packages for consistent branding and streamlined workflow. Feedback and Revision: Proactively incorporate feedback from the content and production team in a timely and professional manner. Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet technical specifications (resolution, frame rate, file size) for YouTube upload. Proven Editing Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital media or YouTube production environment. Motion Graphics Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a must, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex motion graphics, kinetic typography, and data visualization. Video Editing Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory. Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and YouTube platform best practices. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in editing, ensuring seamless transitions, accurate on-screen information, and perfect timing. Self-Motivated: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
