Video Editor for a Production Company (US-based/Remote)

You’ll collaborate with creators and clients to craft compelling content, ensuring each project captures the story and vision behind the brand or event.

Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate showcase videos highlighting properties in an engaging and visually appealing style.
• Edit wedding films to capture emotional storytelling, pacing, and memorable moments.
• Add creative transitions, music syncing, color grading, and pacing adjustments to enhance the final product.
• Deliver polished drafts with fast turnaround times, often on overnight schedules.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure edits match the brand style and client expectations.
• Provide revisions as needed and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in real estate and/or wedding videography.
• Strong sense of creativity and ability to add unique style and “pizazz” to elevate the storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times.
• Availability to work during night and early morning hours (PST).

Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Attention to detail and strong communication skills for collaborating with the production team.
