We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level. In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching trends, producing and uploading engaging short-form videos, growing our organic reach, and building a strong community presence. A big part of your work will involve staying ahead of social media trends, analyzing performance, and using data to guide creative decisions. Responsibilities Research, plan, and create engaging content aligned with our marketing calendar and trending topics. Identify and capitalize on emerging social trends to drive account growth and engagement. Plan, schedule, and publish regular content across platforms. Optimize videos for maximum reach and engagement. Stay on top of trends in e-commerce, dropshipping, and user-generated content (UGC). Requirements Experience in marketing dropshipping products through organic social media. Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form social media videos. Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram growth strategies. Skilled in CapCut video editing. Comfortable working with Mac and iPhone. Proven track record of achieving strong organic reach and views. Nice To Have Experience managing multiple successful social media accounts.
