Roles and responsibilities:

Edit and create scroll-stopping video ads using industry-standard tools and AI Collaborate with strategists and creators to translate creative briefs into high-performance ads Edit, style, and structure videos optimized for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid media platforms Work with AI-generated content and traditional footage to create compelling narratives Conduct analyses of competitors’ ads to stay ahead in the market

Requirements:

Have experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) Understand pacing, storytelling, and what makes content convert in under 30 seconds Have experience editing for social media platforms and paid ads Can move quickly, iterate on feedback, and self-manage in a remote environment Possess strong common sense and excellent English language skills Have experience editing for supplement brands or health and wellness brands Have worked with creative agencies, creative studios, media buying agencies, or in-house content teams Are curious about AI tools and willing to integrate them into your workflow
