    Job Description

    This is a remote position.

    Schedule:

    Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours Thursday’s – Monday’s, from 10:00am – 7:00 pm, with 1hr unpaid break

    Please note that this position can be on shifting schedule. Selected candidates must be open to shifting schedule. Client Timezone: Central Alberta (Stettler), Canada - MDT

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond immediately to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, text, or chat. Ensure itineraries are confirmed and sent out on the same day as requested.
    • Effectively research and make decisions based on available information, balancing guest needs with business priorities.
    • Handle and resolve a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions via phone and email.
    • Efficiently manage service requests and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Perform outbound calls to hotel suppliers to confirm bookings and billing.
    • Respond professionally, appropriately, and promptly.
    • Provide accurate travel advice.
    • Document client concerns for follow-up.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
    • Assist with additional projects or assignments as required.

    Requirements 2–5 years of experience with Sabre.

    • Full fluency in English (verbal and written).
    • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or a sales-related environment.
    • Proficiency in systems such as Sabre, Excel, and Word.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, including problem-solving while balancing customer and company needs.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Extraordinary time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexible schedule based on business needs.
    • Independent, self-motivated, empathetic, solutions-focused, and passionate about guest support.

    Proven track record of punctuality and reliability. Experience with GDS systems (Sabre GDS preferred, but not required).
