You will be vital to fostering a culture of continuous growth. You will embody our values every day: you will Partner with internal stakeholders to understand critical needs, Empower our teams with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed, and Celebrate individual and team learning milestones throughout the Ticketek Academy journey. What a day in the life looks like? Ongoing review and refinement of needs assessment and core competencies required under Ticketek Academy. Design and develop relevant training programs and materials for Ticketek Academy that are self-paced, online and in person. Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training and attendance records to ensure compliance and enable data-driven reporting on completion rates and learning impact. Gather training feedback, assess learner progress, and identify opportunities for improvement Travel interstate as required to facilitate training sessions and provide on-site support as needed Provide and co-ordinate systems and process training for new product releases in conjunction with the Product, Client Service and Technology Teams where required. Serve as the subject matter expert for system functionality, workflows, and best-practice usage. Assist with the maintenance of a central library of system documentation, ensuring all materials reflect current processes and system updates. About You Key Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a system or similar trainer role. Ability to leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., LLMs, image generators) to significantly accelerate the creation, curation, and personalisation of training content, assessments, and learning paths, freeing up time for high-impact human coaching and facilitation (highly desirable). Technical skills should include Demonstrated proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and standard presentation/design software This includes proficiency in creating written and digital learning materials. Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging training sessions both in-person and online. Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, and the ability to translate technical information into clear, practical user guidance A supportive, patient approach with a genuine interest in helping others learn Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams, with strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience within a ticketing system environment is desirable*
