We’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Tech Admin (Technical Support Specialist) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs. This is a full-time remote position.
Handle technical requests in chats: troubleshoot issues, set up equipment, and investigate automation or tool-related problems (HubSpot, Aircall, Front, Stripe, etc.).
Administer key tools: maintain and configure HubSpot, Twilio, Aircall, Front, Stripe, etc and related integrations.
Automate processes: build and maintain automations via Zapier, n8n, native tools, or Google Apps Script. 1y+ experience in a technical support, systems administration, or similar role.
