Staff Software Engineer | Agentic Systems (Ads)

Where You Come In You will build the founding infrastructure for a Cursor-like agentic tool designed for the advertising industry. This role involves architecting the reasoning engine and tool-use capabilities that allow AI to automate complex, multi-step creative workflows. You will operate with high autonomy to invent new patterns for state management and orchestration.

What You Will Build Agentic Infrastructure: Architect the backend systems that enable autonomous AI agents to plan, execute, and evaluate complex video creation tasks. Automated Workflows: Design the orchestration layer that allows models to chain multiple tools, generation, editing, and reasoning, into seamless user experiences. Scalable Inference: Develop high-throughput systems that can serve generative media to users, addressing novel challenges in job queuing and processing.

The Profile We Are Looking For Systems Thinker: You have a track record of building scalable, distributed systems from scratch and enjoy solving novel problems in asynchronous processing. Agentic Interest: You have familiarity with building or deploying agentic systems, co-pilots, or complex LLM-powered workflows. Domain Context: You have experience in the ads domain and understand how to apply automation to solve problems for creative agencies or marketers.
