    Job Description

    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Support Engineer in North America. This role offers the opportunity to be a key technical advocate for users of a leading AI and low-code workflow platform. You will provide expert-level support to enterprise and community users, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless integration and execution of workflows. The position allows you to work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve challenges, contribute to knowledge resources, and engage with a dynamic developer community. You will help shape support standards while deepening your expertise in APIs, automation, and AI workflows. This role is ideal for technically skilled, customer-focused individuals who enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.

    Accountabilities:
