Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial operations Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable interacting with customers and cross-functional teams Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow Background in the software or technology industry As a Senior Operations Specialist - Accounts Receivable, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting audit compliance. You'll collaborate across departments to improve processes and contribute to the financial health of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Processing invoices accurately and on schedule Auditing order documentation to ensure billing accuracy Creating and managing invoices and credit memos Supporting collections efforts and resolving customer inquiries Maintaining accounts receivable records and documentation Ensuring compliance with internal audit standards Proposing credit adjustments and reconciling customer accounts Entering data into the ERP system
