This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, build, and optimize scalable, cloud-native data pipelines that directly support analytics and operational needs. The Sr Data Engineer will collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality data, governance, and performance, while driving innovation in data engineering practices. Master’s Degree in Healthcare Data Science or similar with 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or similar with 5-7 years of experience.
Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and performance optimization. Experience integrating emerging technologies into existing platforms. Ability to mentor and guide team members while driving technical innovation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: experience in healthcare or related data domains, and familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
