As a Special Billing Analyst, you will support the billing operations by managing invoice submissions and resolving discrepancies to ensure smooth financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Submitting invoices through various customer portals Investigating and resolving invoice rejections or disputes Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for portal submissions Tracking and prioritizing invoices requiring portal action Securing necessary approvals and purchase orders for invoice processing Updating customer standards and collection queues in Oracle with relevant notes and status Researching and resolving payment discrepancies Processing credit card payments Managing Salesforce cases related to the Special Billing mailbox Generating and maintaining reports for special billing activities Communicating with customers via phone, email, or mail Collecting data and preparing monthly billing metrics Supporting additional administrative tasks as needed Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment Comfort working in fast-paced or high-pressure situations Experience with Oracle billing systems Familiarity with Salesforce Associate degree in a business-related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
