Key Responsibilities Assist Slovak-speaking clients with their travel inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Provide expert advice on travel options, including destinations, packages, and accommodations tailored to client needs. Create customized travel itineraries that reflect the preferences and interests of your clients. Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints with a proactive and positive attitude. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system to facilitate effective communication and follow-ups. Stay current on travel trends and destination highlights to give informed recommendations to clients. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is highly desirable. Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is a plus. A strong enthusiasm for travel and familiarity with various global destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Capability to address customer concerns with effective solutions. Proficient with CRM systems and standard software applications. Self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
