Key Responsibilities Engage in detailed consultations with clients to identify their specific business challenges and gather requirements. Develop and propose tailored solutions that effectively address client needs while showcasing the value of our services. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, enabling them to maximize the benefits of our solutions. Maintain awareness of industry trends and technological advancements to deliver informed recommendations to clients. Document feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings. Proficiency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are a plus. Prior experience in a consulting, customer service, or relevant role is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and develop effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. An interest in technology solutions, along with the willingness to learn new tools and best practices. Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
