This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel and are enthusiastic about helping customers navigate their travel bookings. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Slovak, providing support and guidance for their accommodation needs.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information about properties, amenities, and special offers to enhance the customer experience. Resolve booking issues and customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth booking processes and address customer needs. Stay informed about industry trends and Booking.com policies to provide accurate information. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
