This role combines logical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity about how artificial intelligence shapes search and brand visibility. The analyst will review AI search behaviour, identify new content opportunities, and measure performance to enhance BizCover’s online presence.

Responsibilities:

AI Query Analysis

• Analyse ChatGPT and other AI tool outputs to understand user intent and search trends.
• Identify content opportunities based on AI search behaviour.
• Track BizCover and competitor mentions within AI-generated responses.
• Content Strategy and Optimisation
• Optimise existing website and blog content for visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with writers and SEO specialists to develop new landing pages and blog posts.
• Create and edit content using ChatGPT and similar tools, ensuring brand tone and compliance.
• Performance Measurement
• Use ChatGPT, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and traffic performance.

Prepare regular reports on AI-driven insights and content results. Coordination and Collaboration Work closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies. Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of new and updated content Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field. Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and analytics. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics preferred. Strong writing and research skills. Capabilities Logical thinker with high attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data and drawing insights. Excellent written communication and collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving digital environment. Experience Internship or project experience in marketing, data analysis, or content creation advantageous. Experience using AI writing or analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, SEMrush) desirable.
