We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Systems Engineer - II to contribute to full-stack development initiatives, designing, integrating, and supporting complex software systems. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within a collaborative and agile environment. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and API development to ensure application performance, reliability, and security. You will engage directly with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and implement best practices for software engineering and deployment. 5+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET and C#.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, version control systems (GIT, TFS/TFVC), and unit testing frameworks. Familiarity with database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework. Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software lifecycle best practices. Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior developers. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. U.S. citizenship required; must possess or be eligible for Public Trust (MBI) clearance. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline.
