Who The Client Is: The client is a next-generation SEO and performance agency that specialises in working with premium brands in fashion, beauty, luxury, and hospitality. With a unique blend of cultural insight, strategic thinking, and advanced AI tools, the agency delivers SEO solutions that not only improve visibility but also strengthen brand value. Built on the belief that SEO should be as thoughtful, creative, and brand-enhancing as any other marketing discipline, the team takes a holistic, brand-first approach, treating SEO as a powerful storytelling and growth tool, not just a backend task. Role Overview: As SEO Specialist, you’ll bring strategies to life across a portfolio of premium brands in fashion, beauty, and hospitality. You’ll manage daily SEO activity - from technical optimisation to content planning - ensuring flawless execution and meaningful growth for each client. You’ll collaborate closely with the SEO Lead to refine strategies, interpret data, and present insights for clients. You’ll also guide junior team members, helping maintain the standard of thoughtful, creative, and culturally attuned SEO. Key Responsibilities Execute and optimise SEO strategies developed by the SEO Lead. Manage the workflow of SEO Specialists and freelancers. Conduct technical audits and keyword analyses, implementing changes directly. Develop and optimise on-page and off-page elements for clients’ websites. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure best practices. Monitor rankings, traffic, and visibility metrics using GA4, GSC, AHREFS and other tools. Prepare reports and present actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay up to date with Google updates, AI-driven search developments, and emerging SEO tools. 2–5 years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment. Proven ability to execute technical and content SEO at a high level. Competence with major SEO tools (e.g., GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Excellent attention to detail and project management skills. Strong understanding of how SEO supports wider brand and business goals. Excellent communication and time management in remote settings. Bonus Points Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Knowledge of Shopify or headless CMS systems. Experience briefing or editing AI-assisted content.
