VirtueStaff is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive initial sales growth for our client. This is a critical foundational role requiring a highly proven sales professional who will initially manage the full sales process from lead generation to close. The long-term responsibility is to leverage many years of sales and sales management experience to build out and implement the entire sales team and processes. Experience within the SaaS industry, particularly the Ad Space, is highly desired. Responsibilities Serve as the sole sales representative initially, managing the entire sales pipeline from the first lead interaction all the way through to closing the deal Develop, define, and implement the full sales process and procedures for the organization Utilize extensive sales management experience to strategically build, hire, and train a future sales team Achieve aggressive sales targets and maintain proven sales success throughout all stages of the business Provide strategic insights and reporting on sales performance to leadership Proven sales experience with a verifiable track record of success Must have a strong command of the English language (written and verbal) Extensive experience with the full sales process and sales management Strong experience building out a sales team and establishing scalable processes Proven experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry Ideally, experience gained in the Advertising Space Expert proficiency with Hubspot Experience using Digital Ad Platforms, with a preference for knowledge of programmatic ads Work From Home Performance Bonus
