This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead complex, multi-project initiatives within the insurance technology sector. You will be responsible for managing software implementations and service delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, while mentoring peers and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

    Accountabilities:

    • Lead multiple simultaneous projects, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality to meet business and customer objectives.
    • Drive service delivery, handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Plan and facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and documentation, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with resource managers, product engineering, and sales teams to allocate resources effectively.
    • Develop strong working relationships across the organization to ensure project success.
    • Apply best practices in project management, tailoring approaches to balance scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
    • Mentor and guide team members on project management methodologies and process improvements.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the insurance or technology sector.
    • Proven experience managing multi-project or workstream initiatives with teams of 5–10 members.

    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Project, Visio (or similar diagramming tools), and project management/workflow tools (e.g., Clarity, SAP, PPM, Jira, Salesforce). Knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies, work breakdown structures, project schedules, and financials. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, time management, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing requirements. Willingness to travel 10–40% as needed.
