About the Role Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and launch of a large-scale service delivery program for one of our strategic healthcare customers. You’ll own the end-to-end setup of an operational capability that connects people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes. A Day in the Life Lead the implementation of a new service delivery model, ensuring readiness across workforce, process, and technology. Partner with client and internal leaders to define operating models, governance structures, and performance frameworks. Drive cross-functional execution, managing milestones, risks, and interdependencies Establish reporting and governance cadences to ensure transparency and accountability. Oversee the transition from implementation to steady-state operations and measure ongoing performance. What You Need 7–10 years of experience in project/program management within healthcare operations or technology-enabled delivery environments. Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that involve operational setup or transformation. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and organizational dynamics. Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and influencing skills. PMP or similar certification preferred. Jira experience.
