    Job Description

Who is Blueprint? We are a technology solutions firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, with a strong presence across the United States. Unified by a shared passion for solving complicated problems, our people are our greatest asset. We use technology as a tool to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, powered by the knowledge, skills, and the expertise of our teams, who all have unique perspectives and years of experience across multiple industries. We’re bold, smart, agile, and fun. What does Blueprint do? Blueprint helps organizations unlock value from existing assets by leveraging cutting-edge technology to create additional revenue streams and new lines of business. We connect strategy, business solutions, products, and services to transform and grow companies. Why Blueprint? At Blueprint, we believe in the power of possibility and are passionate about bringing it to life. Whether you join our bustling product division, our multifaceted services team or you want to grow your career in human resources, your ability to make an impact is amplified when you join one of our teams. You’ll focus on solving unique business problems while gaining hands-on experience with the world’s best technology. We believe in unique perspectives and build teams of people with diverse skillsets and backgrounds. At Blueprint, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple clients and teams, such as data science and product development, all while learning, growing, and developing new solutions. We guarantee you won’t find a better place to work and thrive than at Blueprint. In this role In this role, you will lead non-technical, operations-focused projects within a data center environment. Your main job is to make sure work gets done on time, requirements are tracked, and stakeholders stay informed. You will build and execute project plans, drive task completion, manage risks and dependencies, and report status to leadership. This is a very task-oriented, self-driven role — you will be expected to work independently, prioritize well, and keep projects moving without a lot of technical input from engineers. Core Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute non-technical data center operations projects from initiation through completion. Build detailed project schedules and workbacks using Microsoft Project and other Microsoft tools. Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones; ensure teams stay on schedule. Coordinate across cross-functional/technical teams to align timelines, inputs, and ownership even if the work itself is non-technical. Prepare and present project updates, proposals, reports, and findings to project and leadership stakeholders. Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and monitor them through closure. Assess resource needs and project feasibility based on scope, timing, and dependencies. Review and, where appropriate, recommend or approve contracts, cost estimates, and related project documents. Direct, review, and approve project deliverables to ensure they meet defined requirements. Consult and negotiate with stakeholders to unblock work and achieve project milestones. Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance artifacts. Work independently in a remote/distributed environment while meeting 9–5 PT core hours. Required Qualifications 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably in operations, infrastructure, or data-center-adjacent environments. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (not just basic familiarity). Strong skills in Microsoft tools: Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Visio. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, drive deliverables, and manage multiple priorities. Strong stakeholder communication skills — written, verbal, and executive-facing. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field. Preferred / Nice to Have PMI/PMP or equivalent formal project management certification. Prior experience supporting data center, infrastructure, or facilities operations programs (even if non-technical). Experience managing documentation control, compliance deliverables, or decommissioning/closure projects. Experience reviewing or supporting contracts, SOWs, or cost estimates. Experience working in a large, matrixed, enterprise environment Salary Range Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 - $110,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
