The Tech Operations team powers the foundation of that mission. We oversee Security, IT, Internal Tooling & DevOps, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Integrations (including M&A and platform modernization). Our mandate: to keep TELUS Digital’s global systems secure, connected, and efficient while supporting growth at scale. The Role We’re seeking a Senior Product & Program Manager based in Brazil — a dynamic, execution-driven professional who blends product strategy, program delivery, and people leadership. This role sits at the intersection of technology, process, and collaboration. You’ll lead initiatives that span both internal Tech Ops projects (such as tooling upgrades, automation, BI improvements, or security posture enhancements) and external-facing programs (like enterprise tooling integrations and M&A support). You’ll bring clarity, alignment, and accountability to complex projects — all while remaining adaptable, patient, and deeply effective at working with diverse teams and personality types. What You’ll Do Drive high-impact initiatives across Security, IT, Internal Tooling, DevOps, BI, and Enterprise Integrations. Lead both internal and external programs, including automation initiatives, data and BI modernization, and enterprise integrations. Oversee enterprise tooling integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, ADP, JumpCloud, MDM, Okta) to ensure secure, scalable interoperability. Support post-acquisition integrations, aligning platforms, policies, and people across multiple geographies. Define and manage product & program roadmaps that align to Tech Ops’ strategic priorities, including cost optimization and security maturity. Champion Agile and continuous delivery frameworks, helping teams plan, iterate, and deliver with focus and velocity. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex goals into actionable deliverables and measurable outcomes. Use data and BI insights to track progress, identify blockers, and communicate results to leadership. Foster a culture of collaboration, balancing technical execution with empathy, flexibility, and clarity.

What You Bring 5–8+ years of experience across Product Management, Program Management, or hybrid roles in technology-driven organizations. Proven experience leading enterprise tooling integrations, security or automation initiatives, and cross-functional technical programs. Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery frameworks; able to bring structure to ambiguity. A hands-on executor with a track record of moving initiatives from strategy to completion. Exceptional people skills — emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and able to work effectively across personality types. Experience balancing internal projects (e.g., security hardening, BI modernization, or infrastructure automation) with external initiatives (e.g., integrations, acquisitions, or vendor collaborations). Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and executive audiences. Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish a plus). Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Confluence, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Bonus Points Background in Tech Ops, Security, or digital transformation environments. Certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or CSM. Prior experience with TELUS, WillowTree, or large global enterprises. Exposure to automation, compliance, or cloud infrastructure projects.
